David Pearce Electrical Testing, EICR & PAT Testing services include:

  •

    Electrical Inspection Condition Reports (EICR)

Electrical installations can deteriorate with use and age. Periodic fixed wire testing is vital to ensure the safety of users and the safety and serviceability of equipment. The Electrical Inspection Condition Reports are carried out by our qualified and competent electricians in accordance with the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671).

  •

    Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)

Our qualified and professional engineers test and inspect electrical portable appliances, looking for defects which could be a potential hazard to the safety of site staff. Our work is supported by our comprehensive compliance document which details the tests carried out and the results measured. We also issue an asset register detailing the remedial repairs carried out as required.

  •

Thermographic Surveys in accordance with BS EN 13187 and ISO 6781

class="text-gray-500 leading-normal xxl:text-lg"Thermal Imaging is an important diagnostic tool, producing infrared or “heat” pictures, detecting hot spots within an electrical system. Using a thermal imaging camera, our engineers can take a detailed look at electrical systems to determine potential disruptive faults such as loose connections and load imbalances.

  •

    Structured Cable Testing

If you have an existing cabling or data faceplate issue our engineers are able to run connectivity checks & diagnose faults to help you to communicate with ease!

  •

    Voltage Optimisation (VO)

Voltage optimisation systems reduce the incoming voltage to the level required by on-site electrical equipment. This in turn; reduces electrical consumption, reduces electricity bills and assists with the longevity of appliances.
